Terms of Service

Effective 13 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Hritik Chaudhary ("we") for use of the Paire app and website. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and not barred from using the service under applicable law. You may hold only one account. We may ask you to verify information and may remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.

2. Your account

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information: your profile must represent you, with photos of you.

3. Community rules

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In particular you will not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam or solicit money from other members; offer, ask for or arrange money, gifts or an allowance in return for dates or company; post nudity, sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content; use Paire for commercial promotion; or scrape, copy or reverse engineer the service.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text and messages you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content only to operate and improve Paire. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content kept for safety as described in the Privacy Policy.

4A. Paire Plus and payments

Paire is free to use. Paire Plus is an optional, fixed-duration pass (1 day for ₹20, 7 days for ₹99 or 30 days for ₹299, inclusive of applicable taxes) that raises your daily like and Super Like allowance, gives your likes priority and adds the age-gap filter. A pass is a one-time payment: it is not a subscription and never renews automatically. It starts when your payment is confirmed (or when any pass you already have ends) and expires automatically. Prices are the same for every member. Plus never buys a match, a reply, safety features or another person's consent.

On the website, payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets); in the Android app, by Google Play. We never see or store your full card or bank details. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Safety

We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify the identity of members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, online and offline. Please read our safety tips. Report anyone who breaks these rules using the in-app Report tool; blocking immediately ends a match and stops messages.

To protect members, messages are automatically checked for scams, harassment, threats and signs of underage use, as described in our Privacy Policy. Risky messages may show a warning to the recipient, be hidden behind a tap, and be kept for moderator review. Automated checks can make mistakes; they never permanently remove an account without human review.

6. Moderation and termination

We may review reports, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, with or without notice where the law allows. You can stop using Paire and delete your account at any time.

7. The service

Paire is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that you will find a match, or the conduct of other members. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use Paire after changes take effect means you accept them.

9. Governing law and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer listed in the Privacy Policy.
